Designed to protect mud pumps from high pressure spikes, the NOV Mission Titan Class C and CH Reset Relief Valves automatically snap to a full open position when the set pressure is reached. Adjusting set pressure and re-setting the valves is simple and the valves allow for pressure limitations to be increased while under pressure. The valves come equipped with a position release button that indicates, at a glance, whether the valves are open or closed.
The Mission Titan C and CH reset relief valves include a rugged nickel allow 718 body insert and a hydraulically balanced cushioned piston. The bonnet, top-loaded piston, and seals can be removed while the body remains in line. These valve minimize downtime and are easily repaired or rebuilt in the field.
