Features of Swivels

• Standard gooseneck connection, screw thread conforms to API Std 5B
• Equipped with standard bail and double pin (male) alloy sub
• Washpipe and packing are box structure, convenient to replace on drill floor without disassembly of the rotary hose and gooseneck
• Hole in top of gooseneck provides passageway for well logging wireline

Features of Rotary Tables

• Built to API Spec 7K, authorized to use the official API monogram
• Gear and pinion made of alloy steel
• Split type main bushing is a steel casting, Kelly drive and pin drive are optional
• Pin drive may be available in roller type bushing of API standard Kelly or hexagonal Kelly, either long or short slips are usable
• Matched with API standard casing bushing and special lift fitting
• Sufficient lubrication and reliable sealing

    Features of Mechanical Drawworks
    • All bearings are roller bearings.  Shafts are made of alloy steel.
    • Chain drive transmits with high accuracy and high strength and has forced lubrication.
    • The drum is grooved.  Ventilating air clutches constitute the high and low speed ends.
    • The brake drum (brake disc) is cooled with circulating water.
    • Main brake is band brake or disk brake, the auxiliary brake is eddy current brake (water-cooled or air-cooled.)
    • The surface is hardened with middle frequency induction, and is very durable for long life.
    • The sprocket tooth profile is hardened with middle frequency induction.  Involute serration tooth clutch works as a shifting clutch.
